The 30% Black Friday discount is applied automatically to your cart and will be reflected during the checkout process. Please note that items from the "New Arrivals" and "Sale" sections are excluded from this promotion and will not be discounted. All promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is the Return/Exchange policy?

Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective non-sale merchandise may be returned within 30 days after purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit. All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH A WELCOME OFFER (15% OFF) ARE CONSIDERED FULL-PRICE ORDERS AND ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS FOR FULL REFUNDS.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend using a registered postal service to return orders, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our team can help you find another item you may love.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Normal processing time is 24-72 hours.
