Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the ship date.
We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, Stillwater is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate and secure.
Preorder & Made-to-Order Items
Preorder and made-to-order styles are indicated in the product description. Estimated ship windows will be listed on each product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the in-stock items will ship first and the balance of the order will ship once the items is available.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your shipment directly in the Shop app for real-time updates.
Shipping Changes & Errors
If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please email hello@stillwaterthebrand.com within 24 hours.
We’re unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
While Stillwater is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to help guide you through the claim process.
